Leah Poller: Mirrors of the Soul

Leah Poller:
Mirrors of the Soul
@ Knox Gallery
Video Review by Jeffrey Wiener

Harlem-based Sculptor Leah Poller has a wonderful collection of figurative works on exhibit at the Knox Gallery in Harlem, up until November 9th. Poller’s figurative works are synonymous with portraiture, and whether drawn from Life or from her own mind, her works are intimate and filled with human depth. It’s hard not to be drawn into the gazes of these powerful, dynamic personalities that she has captured so imaginatively.

I had a chance to stop by the gallery one quiet afternoon, and had a nice chat with Leah about her work.
