Figure Drawing at The MET (for Mobile Devices)

• December 6, 2015 – 2-4pm
• Instructor: Jeffrey Wiener

• This Class will use the figurative sculptures at the MET to teach basic techniques for sketching the Figure using several popular APPS. Students will learn how to Draw and Paint on their devices, and how to Print or Share their digital works.

REQUIREMENTS: Student must research and download painting APPs for their specific device, and learn how to locate the pencil and eraser tools prior to class. Student must bring a stylus. We recommend the APP “Procreate” for the Apple iPad/Mini and Sketchbook Pro for Android (and Apple.) Traditional drawing materials are also welcome.

Price: $25 (and you pay your own entrance to MET)

Meeting Place/Time: 1:45pm on the steps at the entrance to the MET (5th ave and 83st)
